Full payment is due before or on the day of your event unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may result in cancellation or additional fees.
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund.
Cancellations within 14 days of the event may result in the loss of your deposit or full payment depending on preparation time and expenses incurred.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Clients are responsible for:
Providing a safe and suitable environment for equipment and performance
Notifying DJ Austin TX of any venue rules, restrictions, or power limitations
Ensuring appropriate behavior of guests toward staff and equipment
Obtaining any necessary event permits or permissions
We welcome music preferences and playlists in advance. While we do our best to honor requests, we retain discretion to maintain flow, energy, and crowd engagement during the event.
We use professional-grade sound and lighting equipment. However, we are not responsible for issues arising from:
Venue power outages or malfunctions
Guest interference with equipment
Acts of nature or emergencies outside of our control
We always bring backup gear where possible and aim for smooth recovery in case of any technical issue.
